DESCRIPTION
During my time at IED, I worked alongside my peers Jenny Xia and Martina Liberati to create an interactive website with a captivating storyline. Our collaboration culminated in this project, which served as my final thesis.
Our objective was to narrate the impact of the pandemic on our behaviors in a project-oriented manner.
Hence, we opted to showcase this tale by means of a website that comprises of interactive elements, which demonstrates a deeper understanding of the protagonist's history.
The website utilized HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Swiper library for implementing dynamic scrolling. Procreate was used to create the illustrations, while After Effects was used for animations, and Garageband was utilized for the sounds.
The narrative revolves around a character named 'Deta', who is heavily invested in their job and career. Following the lockdown, and the subsequent shutdown of their workplace, Deta must learn to adjust to life in isolation. However, this experience offers them the chance to reflect on their values and seek salvation.
